Mercury offers our customers the option to receive account alerts (such as two-factor authentication, application status, receipt collection notifications, and other transactional communications) via SMS/Text.

If you opt into SMS messages related to your account, the messaging frequency may vary depending on account activity. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided, and that your consent applies to communications from Mercury and will not be transferred to any affiliate, partner, or third party for their messaging purposes.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also opt out by updating your notification preferences in your Mercury account settings. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed by us for marketing purposes. If you would like to resume receiving SMS messages, text “START” to the same number.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy
